Application
-
-
Épitope
- pThr202, Tyr204
-
Specificité
- Specific for ERK 1+2 when phosphorylated at Thr202 and Tyr204. On Western blots, it identifies two bands at ~42 and 44kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with UV-treated human Jurkat cell lysates. Immunolabeling in UV-treated Jurkat cells is blocked by the phosphopeptide, but not by the dephosphopeptide.
